The construction or renovation of a home can be a daunting process. Swiss Management understands that planning is vital to the precise execution of any project, and working hand-in-hand with the client and architect from the onset, ensures a seamless transition from commencement through completion and beyond. Ground Up Construction
Timing is everything, and proper management of a job site is the key to achieving a successful build. By employing a full-time crew of 15 master craftsmen to complement our highly skilled, licensed sub-contractors, Swiss Management has the ability to efficiently monitor progress and effectively control costs in an effort to deliver the job on time and within budget.
Renovation
The process of transforming a home through renovation requires a methodical and strategic approach. Attention to detail while striking a balance between maintaining structural integrity and preserving original character is our priority. Additionally, Swiss Management strives to make the renovation process as least disruptive as possible, with a minimum of inconvenience for our client.
